LISTEN TO THE WORD

• Do you hear the message that God will not and cannot tolerate sin in our lives? Why will He not tolerate it? Do you tend to tolerate your own sin? What needs to change?
• Do you see and hear the message that we are just like Gomer in the book of Hosea? How are you like her?
• Do you see and hear God’s call to love His Word, to read and study His word, to meditate on His Word, to follow His Word? How will you do that this week? In a LifeGroup and even more in your own daily walk with the Lord? 
• Do you hear God’s clear call and invitation to repent, return and be restored and renewed? Where does this need to play out in your life?

LEARN THE WORD

• How do you see the Lord at work in Hosea? How does that change how you think & then respond to the Lord? 
• Where do you see the scarlet thread weaving through the book of Hosea?
• What do you learn about God & His role in history in Hosea & even now? How does that help you hope in Him?

LOVE THE WORD

• Where do you see God’s love and faithfulness to his people in Hosea? Where do you see it in your own life? 
• When you read of God’s great compassion and the anguish that His disobedient people bring, how does it affect you?
• As you see God’s loving and tough discipline He brings on His people, how does it make you trust and love God more?

LIVE THE WORD

• Identify one or more of Love’s Indictment that you need to repent and return from in your own life? Where do you need God’s discipline to be brought in your life because of these?
• How have you experienced God’s discipline? How has that changed you? Are you tempted to return to those things?
• Where do you need the Lord’s renewal and restoration in your life? Identify that area today and pursue God’s healing!
• Turn to the Word & Turn others to the Word - LISTEN for what the Lord has to say to you, LEARN more about Him & His Word, fall deeper in LOVE with Him, and then LIVE it out this week, & share it with someone in your circle of influence.
