LISTEN TO THE WORD
- Be in Worship & LifeGroups every Sunday & Stay on the journey to Reading God’s Word every day in 2018
- In Joshua, may you hear and respond to God’s clear call to have courage in Him no matter what you face.
- May you also hear His call to surrender to His plan & purpose for your life no matter who you are, where you’ve been or what you’ve done.
- God’s warning and call is clear- may we not presume to have His presence or power but may we hear God’s call to pray! To listen to God’s call and be willing to obey.
LEARN THE WORD
- As you read through Joshua (in a few months) – what do you see and learn that you didn’t know before? How does that change how you think and respond to the Lord?
- What do you discover new about God as you read through Joshua and how He works?
- Where do you see the scarlet thread weaving through the book of Joshua?
LOVE THE WORD
- How do you see God’s great love throughout the book of Joshua in particular the reminders of God’s promises and that He kept each and every one?
- How about God’s perseverance and patience with us? Name some of those specific ways and how does it make you love God more?
LIVE THE WORD
- Today, is it clear who you serve in your life? What is the evidence in your life that you are serving the Lord?
- Are you daily clinging to the Lord? How do you do that?
- Where you have gone astray, clung to the things of this world and even hidden sin? Confess and Repent of them today.
- May you this week freshly pledge your allegiance & dependence on the Lord! What does that mean for you?
