  • How do you hear the message of the Song of Solomon in comparison to the way the world views sex and intimacy and even marriage? How is it different?  What difference does that make in your life?
  • Do you see and hear God’s call to love His Word, to read and study His word, to meditate on His Word, to follow His Word? How will you do that this week?  In a LifeGroup and even more in your own daily walk with the Lord?  Where and how are you listening to the Word of God in your life?
  • Do you hear God’s call to those who are married to celebrate and enjoy each other? How do you see intimacy as God’s gift?
  • In the same vein, do you hear that same call to sacrifice one for the other? How can you sacrifice for your spouse this week?  How can you not be selfish?
  • Do you hear God’s call that sex is not just physical but for the whole person? How does this change how you view it?
  • Do you hear God’s clear call that intimacy is clearly reserved for the marriage relationship? What changes do you need to make in your life in order to make that a truth in your life?

LEARN THE WORD

  • How do you see the Lord at work in Song of Solomon? How does that change how you think & then respond to the Lord?
  • Where do you see the scarlet thread weaving through the book of Song of Solomon?

LOVE THE WORD

  • Where do you see God’s love in relationship to his gift of a spouse and the gift of sex and the satisfaction that it brings? What does that tell us about the Lord?
  • How do you love Him more than He loves us? He loves us completely and unconditionally, so much greater than our spouse will ever love us?

LIVE THE WORD

  • Turn to the Word & Turn others to the Word – if you have stopped reading it daily, jump on board with us in Week 20 & LISTEN for what the Lord has to say to you, LEARN more about Him, fall deeper in LOVE with Him, and then LIVE it out this week, & share it with someone in your circle of influence.
