God’s Part
- God’s plan will always prevail.
- God works in ways many times we cannot see or understand.
- God works all things together for our good.
- God’s enemies never stand in the way of His plans.
- God wins in the end, every single time.
Our Part
- We must trust and rely on Him.
- We must walk in obedience no matter what.
- We must be aware of those “for such a time as this”
- We must trust God to handle our enemies.
- We must live with eternity in view.
LISTEN TO THE WORD
- Do you see & hear God’s call to be in the Word, to hear it preached, listen to it taught and shared in a LifeGroup and even more in your own daily walk with the Lord? Where and how are you listening to the Word of God in your life?
- Do hear the message of the call to see and recognize the “for such a time as this” moments in your life? Do you hear and understand that God has called you “for such a time as a this” in every aspect of your life (some are incredibly significant moments, and some are small but they all matter)? What will you do with these moments?
- Do you see and hear the clear and powerful call to pray…
LEARN THE WORD
- As you read through Esther (in a few months) – what do you see and learn about the Lord that you didn’t know before?
- How do you see the Lord at work in Esther? How does that change how you think and then respond to the Lord?
- Where do you see the scarlet thread weaving through the book of Esther?
LOVE THE WORD
- Do you see the incredible love and grace of God that He chooses to use ordinary people like Esther as well as me and you to do extraordinary things? What difference does that make?
- Do you love Him more because you know that He will always take care of you, even your enemies? How do you view your enemies today?
- Do you love Him more as you see that He is always in control of the circumstances of your life & the whole world? Where do you need to trust Him more?
LIVE THE WORD
- Turn to the Word & Direct others to the Word. If you have stopped reading it daily, jump on board with us in Week 16 & listen for what the Lord has to say to you. Live it out this week & share it with someone in your circle of influence.
- May you be willing to take the risk to follow God and be obedient to His clear call in your life to follow Him. What is that area of your life today? Where do you need to obey?
