The Joy of Suffering & Sharing the Gospel 1:12-20,27-30   Read 1:12-14; 4:22; 1:18-20, 27-30 

• He will use it for our good
• He will use it for the good of others
• He will use it to bring glory to His name
• He will use it to make us like Jesus

The Joy of Living & Dying  Read 1:21-26

• The Greatest Thing: To be in heaven with Christ
• The Good Thing: To remain and serve

The Joy of Unity Read 2:1-5

• Be of one mind, heart and spirit
• Consider others before yourself
• Have that same attitude as Christ

The Joy of Humility  Read 2:6-11

• What Jesus did on our behalf
• What God did
• What all will do

The Joy of God Working In Us & Through Us Read 2:12-18

• Work out your salvation
• Don’t grumble or argue
• Prove yourselves to be children of God
• Hold fast to the Word

The Joy of Knowing  Read 3:1-11

• Our flesh is meaningless
• Whatever is gain / I count as loss
• Knowing Christ Jesus as Lord is the greatest

The Joy of the Goal  3:12-21  Read 12-14, 17, 20-21

• Forget what lies behind
• Press on to what lies ahead
• Your walk should be an example to others
• Our ultimate goal is heaven

The Joy of Peace  4:1-9   Read 4:4-9

• Rejoice in all things
• Pray about all things
• His peace covers all things
• Think on all the right things

The Joy of Contentment 4:10-21  Read 10-13; 18-19

• Be content in all things
• You can do all things in Christ
• Christ will supply all your needs
